Loan Officers

FEMBi Mortgage is home to some of the most successful Loan Officers in our business.  In most of the markets that we serve, many of the area’s top loan officers have made FEMBi their home. The reason is our dedication to excellent customer service and communication throughout the organization.



FEMBi is a FNMA approved seller/servicer, an approved GNMA issuer, and a VA automatic lender. Besides the standard conventional, FHA and VA loan products, we offer a wide array of non-conforming and specialty products that include:

Marketing Support


FEMBi ensures that our loan officers have access to the most innovative marketing tools in the industry. Each loan officer has access to:

  • Loan Toolbox: An industry-leading on-line application that provides an automatic email marketing platform along with an endless library of personalized flyers, mailers, and other value-added marketing materials for every category of mortgage prospects.  It also provides step by step guidance for planning and executing your marketing and sales strategy, as well as custom campaigns for approaching and closing your prospects.
  • Mortgage Returns: A custom connection to our Loan Operating System transfers all of you prospects and closed loan clients into this state-of-the-art customer management and retention system. From purchase and refinance prospect campaigns to birthday and loan anniversary notifications you’ll never miss an opportunity to touch your customers and prospects.
  • FEMBi Store: Our intranet-based company store provides an easy way for our loan officers to order FEMBi branded marketing material like pens, cozies, banners and presentation folders that are shipped directly to the LO.



FEMBi utilizes all of the components of Encompass for its loan origination, operations, underwriting, secondary marketing and servicing platforms. This ensures a smooth transition from one step to the next.  Supported in a remote desktop environment in the “cloud” you can access this reliable business system anywhere including your company-issued laptop, your home computer and even your Apple/Ipad.  All of our LOs are provided with a personalized web page where their customers can apply on-line. This info is automatically transferred to their prospect folder in Encompass and they are notified electronically that their client has applied.  To make the application process easier, we use electronic signatures for all application disclosures. Fast and easy is our goal.


Loan Processing Support


We know that a loan officer today is only as good as their support team.  At FEMBi, our local processors are monitored centrally by an assigned processing manager that ensures that your loan moves through the system in a timely manner.  You’ll be notified automatically as the loan moves from one step to the next. Our underwriting team is ready to provide support on scenario and product questions, and they personally call the processor on every loan approval. We want your clients and referral sources to remember you when they consider any mortgage financing, so it’s important that the loan closing goes smoothly. We deliver the loan closing instructions to the title company when the loan is submitted for clear to close to make sure everyone is ready to go well in advance of the closing date.



Our Loan Officer Compensation plan is customized to each loan officer’s business model. You earn what you want, and what is supported by your target market and product mix. It’s one of the most aggressive plans approved by the CFPB.
